Clinics and Hospitals: Partner With Book Medical Tourism to Reach International Patients

Book Medical Tourism helps patients plan treatment trips step by step. We're adding partner clinics and hospitals. Here's how referrals work and how to apply.

Book Medical Tourism is a planning resource for international patients. Our guides cover the practical side of a medical trip: transferring records, virtual consultations, what to pack, how long to stay and how to recover. When readers finish planning, they ask us to connect them with a provider.

This article is for those providers. We’re adding clinics and hospitals to our network, and here’s exactly how it works.

Key takeaways

Who contacts us

Our readers are planners. They contact us after they’ve read about records, recovery time and travel, so they arrive with a lot of context and specific questions:

Clinics with a clear international patient process (a virtual consult, a records checklist and a written itinerary) are the ones these patients choose.

How a referral works

  1. A patient contacts usThey read our guides and tell us about their case through our form or WhatsApp.
  2. We check and assignWe confirm the procedure, dates, budget and records. If the case is complete and fits your clinic, we send it to you.
  3. Your clinic quotesYour coordinator contacts the patient in English, with a price in USD. The medical and commercial relationship is between you and the patient.

Each case goes to one clinic at a time. If your clinic can’t take it or doesn’t reply within one business day, it goes to another approved partner.

What we ask of your clinic

English-speaking coordinatorOne person who handles patients in English on WhatsApp or email.
Written prices in USDA list or ranges per procedure, with what’s included and what isn’t.
Reply within one business dayPatients hear from you no later than the next business day.
Verifiable credentialsLicensed with your national health authority. International accreditation is welcome but not required.

Since our guides focus on trip planning, we value providers that can help with logistics: a written pre-op checklist, a recommended length of stay and clear instructions for follow-up visits. If your team coordinates lodging or transport, mention it in your application.

What you receive with each case

What we don’t do: we don’t give medical advice, negotiate prices on your behalf or promise patients any outcome.

What it costs

Launch period

No cost while we build the network

If we send you a case during our launch period, you pay nothing for it. That way you can judge the quality of our referrals before any commitment.

Later on, partnership will become a paid marketing service. You’ll see the terms in writing and decide whether to continue before any charge. Medical fees always stay between your clinic and the patient.

Apply in three steps

It takes about five minutes. When you submit, you’ll see our direct WhatsApp and email so you can keep the conversation going. We reply within two business days.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to offer travel packages?

No. It helps if you can point patients to nearby lodging and transport, but we don’t require packages.

How much does it cost to join?

Nothing during our launch period. If we send you a case, you pay nothing for it. Later on, partnership will become a paid marketing service; you’ll see the terms in writing and decide whether to continue before any charge.

Do you guarantee a number of patients?

No. We send cases when they come in and fit your specialty and location. Be wary of anyone who promises volume.

Who collects payment from the patient?

You do. Your clinic evaluates the patient, sets the price and collects payment directly. We’re never involved in the medical payment.
